Yay!!
My chocolate peanut butter cake came out wonderfully! We sang to Josh, and he cut up the double layer fudge cake, complete with peanut butter cream cheese frosting and a chocolate glaze. I’ll admit, the glaze was a little sketchy, it was a little too drippy…but still delicious. His sister insisted it looked great-I beg to differ-but she said it looked, “artistic,” which made me feel better about it. I guess I should have taken a picture of it to post here, but if you look at my first blog, you can see a generic picture of the cake.
Sunday, in time for Valentines Day, Josh and I will be making red velvet cupcakes. I’ve never even tried them before, so it should be interesting. I’ll write more when they are done!
